- 1 chilled, drained can sweet peas
- 1 hard boiled egg, diced small
- 1 x 2 x 2 in. block cheddar cheese, diced small
- 1 tsp. sweet pickle relish
- 1 dash celery seed
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- sour cream
- 2 slices crisp bacon, finely diced (optional)
- lettuce leaves
Combine peas, mayonnaise, egg, relish, cheese, celery seed.
Optional: Sprinkle bacon bits on top.
For each serving: Serve on a lettuce leaf on salad plate with 1 in. sour cream around edge of leaf.
