Olive Cream Cheese Dip
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
Green salad olives, chopped
Reserve liquid from jar of olives
Dash ground pepper
½ cup pecans chopped
½ cup mayonnaise
Combine soft cream cheese and mayo in bowl. Mix with fork. Add olive
juice and dash or two of pepper. Mix in olives and pecans.
Use as dip or serve on bread or toast with lettuce and tomatoes.
