Meatloaf – Tomatoey

Knead or mix all ingredients thoroughly, so everything's evenly distributed;

Pat into a loaf shape; place in slightly larger than loaf-size pan;

Extra-thick tomato sauce or (gasp) ketchup to cover the loaf on top and along sides;

Cover with aluminum foil;

Bake, covered at 375 deg. F for approx. 1 hr. or until well done;

Bake, uncovered at same temp. for approx. 15 min. to brown top and condense sauce, if not already there;
